ORDER PROCESSING:

know your order is on the way.

Orders are not available for local pickup. 

LOCAL DELIVERY:
Orders are not available for local delivery.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
International shipping is not available.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We do not accept the return of hydraulic hose assemblies as these are all custom made to your requirements & as such, we are unable to accept the return of these products.
We do however accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, for the following items – hydraulic breathers, spill products & workwear, if the item is unused and in its original condition. 
We will refund the full order amount ( of the returned product ) minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at rob@mrhydraulics.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
